If you are working through a certification course on Govology right now, you are studying a moving target. Three of the four major SBA socioeconomic programs are in flux, and the fourth recently changed. Here is where each one stands and what we suggest for those of you interested in pursuing or maintaining federal small business certifications through the SBA.
