Hillary Boyce, Double-TAP Instructor, has been selected as the Virginia SBDC Network 2025 Virginia Small Business Veteran of the year.
Under Hillary’s leadership, BAFO Services has become a leading Veteran- and Woman-Owned small business providing government contracting strategy, proposal development, and capture support for federal contractors. Her mission-first approach empowers small businesses—especially veteran-, minority-, and women-owned firms—to grow and succeed in the federal marketplace.
Beyond business, Hillary serves her community through mentorship and volunteerism. She supports Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads, ODU’s Double-TAP, The Honor Foundation, HerShelter, the American Legion, VFW, and the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank.
